Q. What's the difference between "registering" and "logging-in"?

A.

You register once so that Greypath can send you a Password to go with the Username that you choose (if someone else is not already using the name).

You log-in with the Username and Password whenever you want to access the special Greypath areas reserved for members.

Q. I can't register?

A. Read the Registration FAQs below - if you're still unsure, send us an email describing the problem - tell us what messages the system is displaying when you try to register.

Q. I get "page not found" or similar errors?

A. Make sure you are logged-in - go back to the homepage. If you are logged-in, your Username will be displayed in the grey box at the top left corner of the page (underneath the Greypath logo).

Q. The system tells me my email address is already taken?

A. You (or someone in your family) have previously registered using this email address. Let us know your Username and the email address concerned, and we may be able to locate your details and tell you.

Q. My password did not arrive?

A. Probably an error in the email address you typed in. Email us with your Username and we will fix it.

Q. I can't log in, but am certain I used the correct Username and Password?

A. Try using http://greypath.com instead of http://www.greypath.com or http://ww.greypath.com.au. (Leave off the www )

Q. I want to change my email address, Password or Username?

A. Log in with your existing Username and Password. Click 'my account' in the grey box at the top left of page. Click 'edit'. Make any changes. Click 'Submit' button at the bottom of the page.
